During your private yoga sessions with me, you will experience, perfect and enjoy poses that will help rid the body of toxins. Twists and core activating asana paired with metabolism spiking pranayama and kriya for optimal digestion are all part of the program.

  • This is simple program to a better you. But lets be honest, simple doesn't always mean easy. To help you accept your feelings during these times, I will help you engage in a simple process where you will begin by taking responsibility for your own feelings, the triggers that once lead to your not so healthy lifestyle habits around food and physical activity. Identifying them and begin to witness where you are experiencing those feelings in your body. The next step is to express release these emotions in a form that suits you and your belief system. Find rejuvenation through this emotional detox process and feel the rewards of a lighter heart, mind as well as a lighter body
